Launch plan

How the coin launch happens, start to finish

A token launch is not one event — it is a sequence of gated steps, each with its own deliverables and its own promotion work. This page documents the entire playbook RBC follows, so nothing depends on anyone's memory.

The launch lifecycle

  1. Build & prove on testnet Done — you're looking at it

Token, presale, and staking contracts deployed on Tron Nile; every mechanism demonstrated live with zero real funds. Deliverables: working contracts, this website, the whitepaper.

  2. Audit & legal clearance

Third-party smart-contract audit; legal opinion on the token's classification per target jurisdiction; KYC/AML provider contracted for the sale. Deliverables: published audit report, terms of sale, risk disclosure.

  3. Community building begins (promotion phase A)

Channels open 4–6 weeks before the sale: Telegram and X (Twitter) first, Discord if the community grows. Content cadence starts — see the promotion plan below. Deliverable: an audience that understands the project before it can spend a single TRX.

  4. Sale announcement & whitelist

Date, rate, caps, and vesting published on this site and pinned in every channel. A whitelist/airdrop campaign collects wallets and rewards early supporters. Deliverable: a public, immutable sale configuration — the deployed presale contract is the announcement.

  5. Presale live (promotion phase B)

The contract sells; the team's only job is transparency: live progress (this site shows it automatically), daily updates, AMAs. Funds sit in the contract — nobody can touch them until finalization.

  6. Finalization & claims

Sale window closes → finalize() → buyers claim. If the soft cap failed, refunds open instead and the launch returns to step 3 with lessons learned. Deliverable: on-chain proof of an honest sale.

  7. DEX listing & liquidity lock

Raised TRX + the 20M liquidity bucket seed the SunSwap pool (Uniswap-style AMM) ~25% above the last presale rate; LP tokens go into a 12-month time-lock, and the lock transaction is published everywhere. Trading begins — the market now owns the price.

  8. Post-launch operations (promotion phase C)

CoinGecko/CoinMarketCap applications, staking program at scale, treasury reports, governance rollout. Deliverable: a token that is boring in the best way — predictable, documented, verifiable.

The promotion plan

Promotion is phased to match the lifecycle — different message, channel, and goal at each stage.

Phase A — Before the sale

Goal: an educated audience.

• Telegram + X accounts with daily content: explainers from this site (tokenomics, the DEX page, the vesting timeline)
• Whitelist & airdrop campaign to collect wallets and reward shares/invites
• AMAs with the founders; KOL/influencer reviews (disclosed as paid where they are)
• Listings on ICO calendars and launch trackers
• PR: one clear story — "every promise is a contract"

Phase B — During the sale

Goal: trust and momentum.

• Live progress bar and countdown (already on the presale page)
• Daily raise updates posted with Tronscan links, not screenshots
• Mid-sale AMA; referral bonuses paid in RBC
• Launchpad exposure (PinkSale-style pad) if used, for its audience and badges
• Fast, public answers — silence kills sales more than FUD does

Phase C — After listing

Goal: durable credibility.

• Publish the liquidity-lock and vesting proofs the hour trading opens
• Apply to CoinGecko & CoinMarketCap (chart visibility drives discovery)
• Weekly treasury/staking reports; monthly burn reports if revenue burns start
• Exchange outreach as volume grows; market-maker if needed
• Governance launch — hand real decisions to holders

Promotion rules that keep the project legal: never promise profits or price targets — that language is what turns a token into an unregistered security in most jurisdictions. Market the utility, the transparency, and the locks. Disclose paid promotions. Geo-restrict the sale where counsel says to. Every marketing claim must be checkable on-chain — if it isn't, don't make it.
